Land use and permitting is often complicated by politics and public controversy.  Whenever possible, GVM avoids publicity, maps the most direct route to the objective, solves most problems at the administrative level, saves time and money, and avoids unnecessary public scrutiny.  We work as a team with clients’ accountants, real estate agents, bankers, investment advisors, and other professionals. 

We’re also very good at scrutinizing the bigger picture.  For example, how does a property fit into estate planning, a tax deferment strategy, a business plan, charitable giving, an LLC, and other risk management?
