A licensed CPA since 1980, Bruce worked with the Big-8 accounting firm Touche Ross & Co., a predecessor of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, while attending law school.  With a Master in Business Administration, and later a Master in Law of Taxation, he is among the most qualified and experienced tax attorneys in the North Bay.
