Profile ..

Mr. Greenwood-Meinert came to Gaw Van Male from the Law Offices of Gary W. Sawyers.  Prior to that he was with the Fresno County Counsel Office.  His experience includes sophisticated real estate transactions, business and public agency representation, and water-related matters.

Scott’s real estate practice includes land use, development, leasing, financing, purchases and other transactions, as well as regulatory compliance, including CEQA, the Subdivision Map Act, ESA, the Clean Water Act, the Porter-Cologne Act, and the Clean Air Act. 

His practice also includes water law extends to acquisitions and transfers of water supplies, the Clean Water Act, water rights, related litigation, and the representation of public and private water entities, complex business transactions, entity formation, restructuring, agricultural transactions and farm program compliance. 

Scott will continue to handle sophisticated real estate matters, business transactions, and land use, as well as water and environmental rights issues in Gaw Van Male’s Business Department.

Scott and his wife enjoy tennis, golf, art, hiking and Stanford basketball games.  While at Stanford, Scott was a starting guard on the basketball team.

Founded and remains a board member of the Amy Biehl Foundation; and is a member of the Solano County General
Plan Update Citizen’s Advisory Committee.
