October – 2nd Saturday in October- one day- 10am to 5pm.

There are three performance areas, with professional groups alternating with local schools. This festival is very kid-oriented, and the goal is to foster an old-fashioned candy store / ice cream social atmosphere. Entertainment tends to be more in the line of Dixieland Jazz, “Oldies”, Big Band, barbershop quartets, “vaudeville” performers, magicians, jugglers and balloon artists.
