• No art charges for a 3 to 12 month advertising commitment. We will need your logo and text you want in your ad layout. We'll fax you back a layout until it meets with your approval
• If one month commitment, there is a Graphic design fee of $30.00
• Copy & Reservation should be in by the 5th of each month

If paying by credit card:
1. Fill out and fax the Order Form back to GDS at 707-428-3652 (fax). We will process your credit card and send you the receipt.
2. If you have a logo and/or art, please email to:

2. Mail check, filled out Order Form and logo and any art (if you have any - you can email also) to:

We then place your ad into the next Chamber Newsletter issue.
We can make any changes for each month of your ad run. Extensive changes may require additional charges.
