David has a broad background in business litigation and dispute resolution, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial, anti-trust, securities, intellectual property, and appellate litigation, and in unfair competition, employment, and other business disputes.
Mr. Lawson is admitted to practice before all California federal district courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. He has appeared before district and superior courts throughout California.
After graduating cum laude from Harvard Law School, David practiced in San Diego, then as Litigation Associate and Counsel to two major firms in San Francisco. |
