Ken’s practice currently includes a wide array of business services including formation of new business entities, as well as the sale and dissolution of existing commercial enterprises.  He assists companies in acquiring working capital by representing them in collateralized loan transactions.  He has significant experience advising businesses in matters of privacy and information security.

Ken has also represented numerous land owners in long-standing boundary and title disputes.  In this capacity, he has resolved complex title chain defects and has facilitated the commercial use of real estate through the successful negotiation of boundary agreements and easements.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Ken worked for several years as a website and database application developer.  By incorporating his experiences into the practice of law, he has been able to assist numerous businesses with the ever-evolving legal issues arising from their use of information technology. 

Ken is especially well suited to represent clients in matters pertaining to e-commerce, software licensing and domain-name dispute resolution.  Ken also has substantial experience in the negotiation of trademark and copyright licensing agreements as well as assisting clients with the enforcement of their intellectual property rights.
