Profile..

Ken’s practice includes Commercial Litigation and Wine Law. He has been involved with a variety of litigation issues including; creditor rights in Bankruptcy, Constitutional Law, State challenges to the Endangered Species Act, and criminal matters.  He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal District Courts in California.

Ken earned his Juris Doctorate degree with honors at The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., where he was Senior Articles Editor for The Public Contract Law Journal; the most widely read legal publication on the topic. Following law school, Ken served as law clerk to the Hon. Alan B. Johnson, U.S. District Judge for the District of Wyoming.

Ken enjoys family at-home time cooking, gardening and relaxing with his wife and children.
