Steve Longoria

Steve Longoria is the founder and CEO of Aanko Technologies, Inc. Steve founded the firm in 1997 after a 21 year career in the United States Air Force (USAF), where he gained worldwide recognition as the only person in Department of Defense history to be recognized as the top professional in three different career classifications: Antiterrorism, Security and Safety. Steve was the top anti-terrorism functional manager for all of the Department of Defense in 1994; the United States Air Force outstanding security specialist in 1994; and the top United States Air Force safety officer in 1997 -- having over 23 years of antiterrorism, crime prevention and process safety expertise. He earned a Certificate in Industrial Safety Management from the College of Engineering, University of Washington; a Certificate in Hazardous Materials Management from UC Davis and a Bachelor of Science in Education, Training and Development from Southern Illinois University. He has augmented his skills with additional coursework in Energy and Environmental Policy, and has instructed international anti-terrorism experts at the world renowned International Crime Prevention Institute, University of Louisville, Kentucky. Steven Maggi

Steve Maggi is President of Aanko Technologies, Inc. Steve gained a national reputation of innovative environmental outreach projects while working for the City of Burbank, California. Through his leadership, the city was recognized with the 1994 Best Public Education Program Award from the United States Conference of Mayors. Steve has worked with federal and state governments, counties, municipalities and private sector clients in developing community outreach programs, social marketing campaigns, safety, security and environmental projects, and economic development systems. Steve earned a MPA (Intergovernmental Affairs), from USC and holds a Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law. Tom Moschitta

Tom Moschitta is the Vice President of Business Development for the corporation. He is a Certified Homeland Security Professional-Level II. Tom has worked in loss prevention and is a former licensed New York State Insurance Agent for State Farm Insurance. Tom has assisted Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, and public drinking water systems in developing emergency response plans, biothreat management plans and terrorism countermeasures. He has engineered, designed and implemented networks and other IT infrastructure for multiple clients. Tom leads implementation and customer relations for national and international clients. Tom is also a member of the New York State Air National Guard, having over 20 years of planning, implementation and completion of infrastructure projects. He also provided security and logistical support for New York City during the 9/11/01 World Trade Center disaster recovery operations. Charles Montoya

Charles Montoya is the Director of Safety - Security Integration for the firm. Charles has over 23 years experience in applied chemical engineering related to process safety management, mechanical integrity, hazard analysis, incident investigation and prevention, operations reliability, project engineering, capacity and infrastructure upgrades, cost reduction, insurance inspection, fire code compliance, emergency response plans and training, environmental, health and safety audits, ISO registration and quality improvement, conditional use permit negotiation and business plans, as well as security and vulnerability risk assessments. Charles is President of the state of California CAER association responsible for Community Awareness and Emergency Response preparedness. He has recently worked with the Department of Homeland Security on sharing best practices for security at the top terrorist targets in metropolitan areas through his work on Buffer Zone Protection Plans, Tabletop Drills with Governors Office of Emergency Services, 9th Civil Support Team, Joint Terrorist Task Force and Sheriff's Terrorism Early Warning Network and training of LA County Fire and Police HAZMAT teams on field exercises for inhalation hazard chemicals.
