Needs to be detail-oriented, organizer, able to take direction, able to work with and without supervision, self-starter, problem solver, good with numbers, ....Must have car.
Approx. pay range: $8 - 12/hr depending on skills.

General Office Work

............• Liaison with present outside payroll service

............• Insure supplies up to date

............• Filing of jobs done, vendor invoices, etc.
Client and In-House Jobs
......Job Costing
............• Call vendors (printers, etc.) for hard costs- Find best vendor
............• Work up cost est. to clients
............• Track profit/no-profit

............• Database entry
............• Physical Folder
......Trafficking of jobs
............• Insure jobs are on schedule
............• P/u and delivery of items from/to vendors and clients

............• Currently use Quark
............• We need to introduce a Filemaker Pro System
